The two-phase variable flow at 100% and 75% or the three-phase at 100%, 80% and 60% are commonly used in the adjustment of heat supply network. However, from the perspective of the system energy consumption, this kind of adjustment has no exact data about whether such a division is the most economic and how long the division of operation time should be, which makes it impossible to evaluate the economic efficiency of the heat supply system. Selecting twenty cities in the north of China as samples, gives the operational parameters of different areas from the point of view of system optimization operation after synthetic analyses, which provides a theoretical basis for changing customarily thought about flow adjustment.
